Pinterest Challenge - Watermelon Rice Krispie Treats

Watermelon + Summer = a perfect combination!  And this fun dessert looks just like the real
thing ~ right up to the mini chocolate chip seeds.
It made an easy to handle treat for the kids (and the grown-ups seemed to enjoy it too)!
