I spent last weekend with my son, daughter-in-law, and two precious grandchildren. Bill and Emily prepared a short rib dinner that I just had to share!
Directions:
Prep boneless short ribs with olive oil and salt/pepper
Grill for 4 minutes on each of the 4 sides until medium or medium rare
While the ribs are grilling, prepare the sauce
Reduce coke, hoisin, Worcestershire sauce by half in a small pan. Add a tablespoon of cream
and a tablespoon of butter. Stir over low heat until thickened.
Drizzle the sauce over the short ribs, and ENJOY! ♥
