A delicious salad that takes no time at all. Normally I would use the backyard grill, but since it was raining, my grill pan had to do!
Serves: 2
Ingredients:
1 head of romaine lettuce
Olive oil
Shredded Parmigiano - Reggiano cheese
Directions:
Heat your grill/grill pan.
Wash the lettuce and cut in half.
Drizzle with olive oil.
Grill on all sides, approximately 5 minutes.
Add your favorite balsamic dressing and sprinkle with cheese.
So easy but so delicious!
