DIY - Framed Wooden Letters

I first saw this idea here and knew that I had to make it too.

In Jamie's tutorial, she used all the letters of the alphabet ~ a great idea for a child's room.  I chose to use the first initial of each member of our family  ~ with room left for future additions (:

I had a white frame, so all I needed to purchase was a bag of small wooden letters and a small wooden heart (available at Joann's).
I painted each initial with white paint, and traced the heart on scapbook paper that coordinated with my wallpaper. I used a glue stick to attach the paper to the heart.  I really didn't position my letters in the frame(only checked that none of them would be backwards), and I have a cute memory frame! Pin It
