Ingredients:
2 cups flour
1 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
1 teaspoon baking powder
1 teaspoon baking soda
1 teaspoon sea salt
2 sticks unsalted butter, room temperature
1 cup light brown sugar
1 cup sugar
2 large eggs
1 teaspoon vanilla
4 cups old-fashioned oatmeal
6 ounce bag dried cranberries
12 ounce bag chocolate chunks
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Lined cookie sheet with parchment paper.
Whisk together flour, cinnamon, baking powder, baking soda, and salt.
Beat together the butter and sugar until light and fluffy.
Add the eggs and vanilla. Beat until smooth.
Gradually add the flour mixture.
Stir in the oatmeal, cranberries, and chocolate chunks with a wooden spoon. The dough will be stiff.
Using a 4-ounce cookie scoop, mound the dough onto the prepared sheets. Flatten the tops slightly.
Bake for 13-15 minutes for until the cookies are slightly brown around the edges.
Allow to cool.
