My
daughter-in-law Emily makes a delicious salad with fresh kale and a drizzle of
olive oil and lemon. Kendra bakes kale
chips for the girls.
My husband
and I also enjoy kale steamed in chicken broth and top with grated cheese.
For just the two of us, I use 1/2 bag of kale and approximately 1/2 cup of chicken broth.
Steam 20 - 30 minutes or until the kale is tender.
Drain any remaining broth, and serve with grated Parmesan cheese.
