Copy and print the templates onto heavy stock paper.
Cut the large and small patterned hearts (I used pinking shears). Cut out the conversation hearts, and use a glue stick to secure them onto the center of the large hearts; let dry.
Hole punch the tops of the hearts, and using ribbon thread the hearts.
