Tilapia with Mango Salsa

Farmers' Market purchases this week:  mangoes, peppers (red and jalapeno), corn on the cob, peaches, avocados

The perfect makings of a summer grill feast ~ Grilled Tilapia fillets with mango salsa served with corn, avocado, baby spinach salad along with grilled peaches!

For my mango salsa - mix together
1 jalapeno pepper, finely chopped (I removed the seeds.)
1/2 red pepper, chopped
2 mangoes, chopped
about 4 teaspoons finely chopped cilantro ~ depending on your taste
2 tablespoons lime juice
1 tablespoon lemon juice
sea salt/pepper to taste

Grilled the tilapia until fork tender.  Plate with a topping of the salsa.
