Delicious Banana Pear Muffins

Delicious fruit filled muffins that are low on sugar, but packed with fruit, and spiced with cinnamon and allspice.  The sour cream makes them moist and tasty.
They are great for breakfast or make the perfect accompaniment for soups, salads, and stews.
My family loved them ~ hope yours will too!

Recipe  (printable recipe)
Ingredients:
1 cup flour
1 tablespoon baking powder
1/2 teaspoon baking soda
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
1/4 teaspoon allspice
2 ripe bananas - mashed (about 1 cup)
1 ripe pear - diced (about 1/2 cup)
1/4 cup sugar
1 egg
1/4 cup sour cream
1 teaspoon vanilla

Procedure:
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.  Line muffin cups with paper liners.
Whisk together flour, baking powder, baking soda, cinnamon, and salt.
In a small bowl, whisk together the banana, pear, sugar, egg, and vanilla.
Stir in the sour cream.
Add the flour mixture, and stir just until combined.
Scoop batter into the prepared pan.
Bake for 15 to 20 minutes.   Cool and enjoy!
