Amelia's Sweet Pink and Gray Nursery

Boy, am I lucky ~ 4 beautiful grandchildren!  And each one has been fortunate to have a mother who  created a nursery that is both charming and comforting.  In the past, we have posted Layla's Treetop nursery, Cole's Cozy Owl nursery, and Hadley's Cloudy with a Chance of Pretty nursery.

Now my third precious little girl arrived to find a pretty pink and gray room just right for her.

A peek from the doorway shows a soft pink painted room with gray drapes ~ beautiful already!

The pink chevron rug is a perfect place for crawling!

Hanging above the necessary changing table is a butterfly mobile ~ a perfect distraction! The wall is topped with an adorable photo display, an embroidered sampler, and a chevron and polka dotted bunting ~ in pinks and grays, of course!

... and next to it is a special toy box created by Godmother Aunt Kendra.

 

 Inside the box are hand prints from Kendra, Scott, Layla, and Hadley to always remind Amelia how much she is loved.

The last area of the room contains a modern white rocking chair adorned with a Amelia pillow and a little fabric doll.

The little reading area has a floor lamp, an "A" initial, and plenty of books!

Even brother Cole enjoys time spent in this warm and cozy room!
