Busy As A Bee (or Butterfly)

Hello and Happy Monday! This Monday is especially happy for me because on Friday I was finally able to ship out the 2,000 origami butterflies I had been working on since mid-January for a bride in Australia. 

I've made hundreds of butterflies before for customers through my Etsy shop, but this is my first time making thousands and I have to say it was actually a pretty cathartic process.  Each time I sat down to make them it was "me time" which meant the girls were either asleep or Layla was at school or they were playing with Scott. 

I'm very happy with how they turned out and after she saw these pix last week the bride is too.  Hoping to see some wedding photos to see how she uses them!
